Mavic Intelligent Flight Battery

With a generous flight time of up to 27 minutes, the Mavic Intelligent Flight battery makes sure that the flight control system can hold up to accurate battery level. This is very useful for those who have several places to shoot but don't want to worry about carrying several batteries.

By using the DJI GO app, you have access to the status of the battery overall, such as the real-time battery cell status, circle number, temperature, and much more. Along with this, the battery additionally has over-charge and discharge protection. This means if the drone is to take a nasty fall or is accidentally left on, these features will reduce the possibility of the battery being damaged.

When the drone isn't being used for long periods of time, the battery automatically discharges to 50% which keeps it at an ideal charge level to extend the life of the battery. In colder environments, the battery turns on its low-temperature protection and provide adequate power output to prevent damage from the cold.

Mavic Pro Battery Charging Hub (Advanced)

This charging hub is designed to be used along with the Mavic Intelligent Flight battery. It can definitely come in handy for those long trips where you have to shoot in several different locations since it's able to charge up to four batteries at the same time. The batteries will charge in order of their power levels, so if you have a battery with 70% charge and one with 50%, the hub will charge the 70% charge first.

The charging hub improves how the batteries charge to enhance efficiency and reliability and it can fully charge a battery in one hour less compared to its standard version. The advanced version provides a full charge in about 4 hours and 10 minutes while the standard version takes 5 hours and 10 minutes.

Keep in mind that the advanced charging hub does not come with a charger, so you should use it with a standard charger or any other compatible charger. When the hub is paired with a Phantom 4 charger or car charger, it takes only 2 hours and 30 minutes.

DJI Goggles

If you're looking for a more immersive FPV or Virtual Reality experience with the DJI Mavic Pro drone, this pair of DJI Goggles provides two 1920 x 1080 HD screens and a head tracking feature that takes you into the sky. These goggles combine high-quality screens, long-range capability, low-lag wireless connection, and photo and video capture.

ActiveTrack, TapFly, Terrain Follow, Cinematic Mode, and Tripod mode all give you a unique flying experience and can be controlled with the touchpad on the side of the goggles or by remote control. The ergonomic design makes the goggles comfortable to wear, not to mention that the goggles have up to 6 hours of operation time.

You can view the beautiful landscape below in 720p/60fps or 1080p/30fps with a low latency of 110ms. Because there's no latticing, you can enjoy high-quality optics for a clean and crisp image. For maximum immersion, the large aperture aspheric lens give an 85° field of view for each eye and the head tracking feature lets you control both aircraft yaw and camera tilt.

Mavic Pro ND Filters Set

In this set comes four Mavic Pro filters which include ND4, ND8, ND16, and ND32 filters. Each ND filter works to reduce the amount of light reaching the sensor which allows you to better control your camera's aperture, exposure, and sensor sensitivity. These filters are handy if you're shooting in especially sunny areas and want to avoid overexposure from the sun or the reflection of light from the sea.

The ND4 filter lets in ¼ of incoming light through to the sensor which is equal to a 2-stop filter. The ND8 filter lets in 1/8 of light, equal to a 3-stop filter. As for the ND16, it only allows 1/16 of incoming light, equal to a 4-stop filter. Lastly, the ND32 filter only brings in 1/32 of incoming light, making it equal to a 5-stop filter.

Sandisk Extreme microSD Card 64GB

Because the Sandisk Extreme microSD card is a Secure Digital Extended Capacity card (or SDXC), you can record and capture much more full HD or 4K UHD footage and photos with your DJI drone camera than traditional SD cards. With the Mavic Pro and the microSD card combined, you can record 4K videos up to 112-145 minutes which is great for those who want to shoot more professional quality videos. The card is also built tough to withstand extreme environments and temperatures for a longer lifespan and more durability, hence the name "Extreme."

Its incredibly fast writing speeds of 60MB/s and reading speeds of 90MB/s let you shoot every detail and every highlight of your travels and takes the annoyingly long wait out of transferring your footage between devices. You can expand your drone's memory from 32GB to 64GB as it lets you record 4K UHD video, which can take up more space than other resolutions.

The microSD card is built to last against extreme temperatures and is waterproof, shockproof, and x-ray proof. It's also backed by a lifetime warranty in case anything happens to the card on your adventures.

Pelican Mavic Pro Protector Accessory

Because drones themselves are rather tricky to hold and store away, the 100% waterproof and dustproof Pelican DJI Mavic Drone case allows you to fit either the DJI Mavic or Mavic Pro drone safely inside. It also has storage spaces for the drone's remote, batteries, charger, tablet, and other additional accessories.

The built-in padlock holes give the case an extra layer of security to ensure the drone doesn't suffer accidental drops or bumps. The foam inside is made from closed cell, military-grade polyethylene that's easy to wipe clean, designed and made by Case Club. Each item encased within the foam will be protected since the foam works to absorb shock and vibrations caused by outside impact.

The Mavic Pelican case is highly ideal for either hobbyists or professionals who want to keep their drone as safe as possible, especially during rocky travels. The whole thing weighs around six pounds so it isn't too heavy to carry around with you.

Mavic Pro Low-Noise Quick-Release Propellers

It's very common for drones to be rather loud which can annoy or frighten surrounding pedestrians. With the 8331 propellers, their new and improved aerodynamic design give the Mavic Pro drone much more tolerable noise control performance. When the propellers are paired with the Mavic Pro Platinum drone, the noise is reduced up to 4dB (60%) during both takeoff and landing.

Flight time is also extended up to 30 minutes, and while noise reduction and flight time are also improved with the Mavic Pro, it's not as much compared to the Platinum drone version. It's also important to know that these propellers are not compatible with the Mavic Propeller cage. You can choose the colors golden or platinum which are only noticeable at the tips of the propellers, not the whole thing.

Mavic Pro Car Charger

Able to be used through your car's cigarette lighter port, the Mavic Pro Car charger has a 54-minute charging time and low-voltage protection to make sure that it has enough starting battery voltage for the car to keep running. It also has overheating protection that will work to automatically turn off charging if the cigarette lighter port goes over a certain temperature.

When the car charger is used with the Mavic Pro battery charging hub (advanced), it's able to charge up to four batteries at the same time in about 3 hours and 15 minutes. This makes the car charger very handy for charging batteries while making trips in between different shooting locations so you don't have to worry about buying a portable power unit.

Its input voltage ranges from 12.7 to 16 V with Sedan cars, but Coach isn't supported, unfortunately. As for the DC output, it's at approximately 13.05 V.

DJI Battery Safe Bag

If you like to keep your batteries safe and to make them easier to carry around and store, this battery safe bag provides reliable charging, storage, and transportation for Mavic Intelligent Flight batteries. Being that it's made from flame retardant fiberglass woven fabric, it helps to prevent any damage from combustion which in turn makes it less possible for surrounding items to catch fire.

The large size bag can carry two Inspire 2 batteries, three Mavic batteries, or two Phantom batteries. The small size bag battery bag can carry one Inspire 2 battery, two Mavic batteries, or one Phantom battery. While you're charging a battery, make sure the bag is sealed for further protection.

The color of the bag is silver and is small enough to be able to fit in your carrying case or gear backpack. The large battery safe bag is around 8.8 x 7.3 x 2.5 inches in size while the small bag is 7 x 6.5 x 1.7 inches in size.

MightySkins Mavic Pro Skins

There's nothing wrong with adding a little customization to your DJI Mavic Pro drone, which is why there's a wide range of skins available to make your drone stand out both amongst other drones and in hard to see areas.

These skins are removable and are made from vinyl to customize and protect your drone at the same time. Each design is printed at ultra-high resolutions and has a durable matte laminate that protects the drone from getting scratched up, fading in color, or peeling. The patented adhesive technology makes MightySkins easy to remove without sticky leftover gunk whenever you want to replace the design.

These skins are compatible with the Mavic Pro, the Mavic Pro Platinum, and the Mavic Pro Alpine White model. You can choose from colors such as Patriot (red, white and blue), Black Gold Marble, Bright Smoke (rainbow smoke), Rift (ocean waves), Green Flames, Red Camo, Blue Carbon Fiber, or Solid Yellow.

DJI Goggles Racing Edition

With all of the functions and dual 1080p HD screens of the original DJI goggles, the DJI Goggles Racing Edition provides a slightly more upgraded FPV experience with supported Sphere panoramic viewing and local video playback. It sports a metallic black visor and headband with comfortable padding covered by high-quality red leather and is perfect for those with a competitive spirit.

The goggles provide both analog and digital videos while its OcuSync Video Transmission Module and high-performance camera module work in tandem to transmit digital video signal as far as 7 kilometers away with a low latency of 50ms. You get to have access to 12 selectable transmission channels for avoiding interference in competitive FPV racing when a group of drones are flying at the same time.

If a second viewer wishes to see the pilot's point of view, you can either use an extra pair of DJI goggles or see the pilot's FPV from a smartphone with a Mavic controller. Thanks to the 148° field of view, there's low distortion for a clearer image as you race. With the head tracking gimbal mode, the user is able to control the gimbal camera by tilting and turning their head.

Conclusion

The DJI Mavic Pro drone is well worth it on its own, although compatible DJI Mavic Pro accessories can make carrying, maintaining, and operating the drone a lot more enjoyable. From having a longer battery life with the Mavic Intelligent Flight battery to racing other drones with the DJI Goggles racing edition, the accessories listed above should enhance your drone flying experience.
